MUMBAI ATTACKS TOUCH ME PERSONALLY

Life is short and ever changing.  Life as I have known it is forever altered.  In the Mumbai attacks. My friends were some of those murdered and others were injured with gun shot wounds to various parts of their body.

This is jolting, shocking and leaves me speechless.  It is one thing to hear of these terrorists attacks from afar but it is something else to personally be friends and know these individuals.  It so reminds me of how global the world we live in is, we are truly a global community or what I also refer to as: "unity in diversity".  We are all one people, one humanity with awesome and beautiful diversity.

Rudrani and business partner Alicia, who live here in Nashville, recently opened  The Devi Healing  Clinic where she offers healing, energy and body work.  Rudrani is so multi-talented.   She is truly a gifted and spiritual.  We have worked together on many occasions.  I am very grateful to know that "Ru" as many of us call her, is recovering well and will be returning home soon with her husband, Santos.

Alan lives in another state, he and his brilliant daughter, Naomi.  Alan was a pure, bona-fide genius.  Alan was a one-of-a-kind professor who had a way of teaching so that every student "gets it".  It did not matter the subject.  Two months ago, I completed a Synchronicity Teacher Certification Training under Alan's watchful guidance and such a flawless instructor he is.  He wanted to see " you" do good.  Alan had a way of helping me to see the best in me, to be my best and live my dreams.  He encouraged me to write..."find my voice".  As a result of his guidance I continued to write, completed and published my book "Beyond Survival, Imagine The Possibilities" .  Alan was also very, very witty and quick; funny,  absolutely hilarious.   I so enjoyed "watching him go".

I will miss Alan and Naomi.  I have fond and warm memories of my Synchronicity family.
Kia I love you.

Love all, we are "ONE"!

something new

I am in the process of preparing to take a trip to Memphis this weekend to do a site tour of the penal colony there. I now work in Criminal Justice in Nashville. I have been doing this for a few years. Recently, I was recruited to work at the Penal Colony in Memphis so I go this weekend for a site tour. Yes, I have accepted the offer. It was an offer "I couldn't refuse-lol). I will keep you posted as it progresses.

CHANGE

Wow, Nashville, Tennessee is magically beautiful this time of the year.  The hues and majestic colors of the trees are spectacular.  The leaves on the trees are range from light orange to deep shades of bronze and red.  As I sit here taking in the awesomeness of the mountains in my view and the trees nestled below, many are still showing a great deal of green.  Gorgeous!  It is truly tapestry in motion.

I love the crispness of the unseasonable coolness that has settled in this week making the air feel fresh and clean akin to an invigorating swim in the pool.  Everything is in such a state of happy rest.  Nature's abundance and her bounty are limitless!

Living......Yes!
